Turnkey Project
Client requirement
A road tanker bottom loading skid supplied and installed at a new depot in the North West of England. Project delivery deadline was 8 weeks.
Scope of contract
The client wanted a one stop solution and single point of contact for all aspects of the contract including all fuel site services and sub-contractor management. Inflow were tasked with managing the whole design, build and installation of the equipment, along with managing the delivery and installation of 3 x 80,000 litre bunded above ground storage tanks and the supply and installation of a fully integrated fuel tank gauge and electronic fuel delivery control system.
Inflow solution
Through a series of site visits and close working with the client, the high specification 3 arm electronic skid was designed and built well within the project deadline and to the client’s budget requirements. Delivery was achieved within the deadline and installation commenced on time. Inflow also offered the tank gauging and fuel control system solution ideal for our client’s requirements.
Contractor management
Working closely with our various contractors including on site pipe fabrication and mechanical installation, electrical supply installation and the specialist tank gauging company Inflow were able to complete the whole project within the timeframe required.
Through our network of skilled and experienced contractors we were able to plan and execute the programme successfully.
Bespoke Design, Build and Install
Client requirement
To replace an existing temporary structure that was being used to access ISO containers with a permanent access gantry including 4 sets of Inflow folding stairs and safety cages and a high specification certified fall prevention beam.
Inflow solution
Through our in-depth knowledge and experience we were able to design a made to measure ISO tanker access gantry exactly to our clients specifications, including low level walkways, access stairs and cat ladders. This included working with a specialist beam supplier who manufactured the certified load beam, which we then incorporated into our gantry design. We also incorporated 4 sets of our standard Inflow 4 step folding stairs and safety cages. The gantry was shipped to site and installed within the require time scale.
Contractor management
We provided the experienced installation and assembly team and managed the on-site installation. We also managed all onsite requirements including the provision of crane and other temporary working access systems.
