Lubricants, engine and final drive oils and coolant dispensing

As well as dispensing fuel oil, IFC are able to supply the systems to dispense all the required liquids for a train, including; antifreeze, engine oil, final drive oil, screen wash and Hydro oil. This may mean large air powered pump systems to cope with the viscous product, dispensing reels tanks and all pipe work, or just simple barrel filling systems.

Waste oil extraction

IFC offer two electric powered waste oil extraction systems. The EK3001 & EK3005

The EK3005 is a heavy-duty extraction unit suitable for drawing up to three lines simultaneously. It is equipped with a 2.2kW vacuum pump capable of drawing up to 30 l/min of waste oil through a ¾" line.

The oil is stored in a 200 litre vessel. An electric transfer pump moves the oil to the main storage tank. Unit can be supplied with an automatic vacuum shut-off device.

 

The EK3001 is a smaller unit suitable for single point extraction. Its 1kw vacuum pump is suitable for up to 5 litres draw per minute. This unit is also fully automatic shutting off when it senses the sump is dry & the line has been scavaged.

Each system is available with a selection of hose, wand & hose reels & are compatable with SEMCO style sump plugs.
